We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

MellowPaws is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, customs delays, weather events, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, refused delivery, stolen packages, unclaimed shipments, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, transportation and delivery handling are managed by the carrier. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements, including but not limited to used items, damaged items, missing parts, missing packaging, items with pet hair, odor, stains, bite marks, scratches, or signs of use.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our confirmed fulfillment error.
