  • WIDTH IS FOR RECEIVER FIT – NOT DOG SIZE: The 3/4-inch strap width is designed to match specific receiver housings and does not determine dog size. Even if your dog’s neck size is appropriate, the collar will not fit receivers that require a 1-inch wide strap.
  • TRIM-TO-FIT LENGTH FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM DOGS: Features a 33-inch adjustable strap suitable for dogs 10 lbs and up with neck sizes approximately 5–22½ inches. The collar must be test-fitted and measured before trimming. Once cut, it cannot be lengthened, so accurate measurement is essential to ensure proper fit.

Where do your products ship from?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery usually takes 5–10 business days for U.S. orders and 10–20 business days for international orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment. Tracking scans and delivery updates are managed by the shipping carrier.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Some orders may ship in separate packages due to product size, warehouse location, supplier availability, or fulfillment routing. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee beyond the original $6.90 flat shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories when applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, washed, damaged, chewed, stained, pet-hair-covered, or contaminated pet products may not be eligible for return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be limited or denied.
