Where do your products ship from?

Our products may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability, warehouse location, and delivery destination. We work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. This applies unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by law or in cases of our confirmed fulfillment error.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery usually takes 5–10 business days for U.S. orders and 10–20 business days for international orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, washed, damaged, chewed, stained, pet-hair-covered, or contaminated pet products may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be limited or denied.
