  • YOUR PURCHASE HELPS A DOG RESCUE: For every collar sold, we donate an identical collar to a dog rescue. Dog rescues are in constant need of dog supplies. We donate 1 for 1 for every purchase. By purchasing one of our dog collars, you receive a premium high quality collar and you donate one to a rescue. Together we can support dog rescues with a never ending supply of collars.
  • DOG RESCUES: Each month we donate to different rescues throughout the USA. At the end of every month, we tally up the number of leashes and collars sold. Based on the number, we determine how many rescues we can donate to for that month. We donate down our list of rescues until each one has received a donation and then we go back to the top of our list. In special cases, we will donate to rescues out of turn based on their immediate needs.
  • QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: Our dog collar is 1" wide (5/8" wide for the extra small size) and 2mm thick. We use a heavy duty nylon snap buckle that has a lockable tab to prevent accidental release. We use a thick D-ring which is anodized to a gunmetal finish. On our gunmetal sizing slider we have included a small tab to securely hang your dog tags and charms.

Where do your products ship from?

Our products may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability, warehouse location, and delivery destination. We work with trusted suppliers and logistics partners to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. This applies unless otherwise stated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped, except where required by law or in cases of our confirmed fulfillment error.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery usually takes 5–10 business days for U.S. orders and 10–20 business days for international orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, seasonal demand, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment. Tracking scans and delivery updates are managed by the shipping carrier.

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Some orders may ship in separate packages due to product size, warehouse location, supplier availability, or fulfillment routing. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee beyond the original $6.90 flat shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories when applicable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, washed, damaged, chewed, stained, pet-hair-covered, or contaminated pet products may not be eligible for return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, replacement part, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation. Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be limited or denied.

Are your products safe for all pets?

Our products are selected for general pet-care use, but every pet is different. Product suitability may depend on your pet’s size, breed, age, behavior, chewing habits, allergies, health condition, and environment.

Please review product details carefully before purchase and supervise your pet during use, especially with toys, collars, harnesses, grooming tools, feeding items, and travel products.
